CULTIVATING PRESENCE: TRAINING RETREAT IN COMPASSIONATE END-OF LIFE CAREContinuing Education Credits
Metta Institute Cultivating Presence: Six-Day Training in Compassionate End-of-Life Care offers 50 continuing education credits for Nurses (CEU), MFT's and LCSW's (CE) and Chaplains (CCE) The Metta Institute program is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP #14909, for 50 contact hours. The Metta Institute program meets the qualifications for 50 hours of continuing education credits for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences PCE# 4160. This educational event provides 50 hours of continuing education that can be applied to the educational hours required by the Association of Professional Chaplains. APC# 08-0014. The Association for Death Education and Counseling® ADEC has deemed this program as counting toward the continuing education requirements for the ADEC Certification in Thanatology (CT) and the Fellow in Thanatology (FT) program. http://www.adec.org/ Course description, costs and refund policies are provided.
