End-of-Life Care Practitioner Program

Continuing Education Credits

The Metta Institute^® End-of-Life Care Practitioner Program offers 140 continuing education credits for Nurses (CEU), MFT's and LCSW's (CE), Chaplains (CCE), and psychologists (CPE CE). Additional Fees may apply TBA.

The Metta Institute program is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP #14909, for 140 contact hours.

The Metta Institute program meets the qualifications for 140 hours of continuing education credits for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences PCE# 4160.

CE hours are available for psychologists through the co-sponsorship of the Spiritual Competency Resource Center for a fee of $25.00. SCRC is approved by the APA (American Psychological Association) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Spiritual Competency Resource Center maintains responsibility for this program and its content. This educational event provides 140 hours of continuing education that can be applied to the educational hours required by the Association of Professional Chaplains. APC# 08-0014.
